Semarang (26/9) - As an improvement of an existing facility, Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport inaugurated the operation of “PC Kiosk” in early September 2016, in this occasion it launched five PC Kiosks.
PC Kiosk is a facility provided by the Management of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ahmad Yani International Airport Branch Office to facilitate passengers who want to find out the flight information, access internet free of charge, and a means of giving feedback (comments or suggestions) to the management of airport.
PC Kiosk spread in five points in area of Ahmad Yani Airport, which is 1 unit at arrival terminal, 1 unit at departure terminal, 1 unit at check-in counter, and 2 units at waiting room area.
With the PC Kiosk is expected to improve the quality of airport services and provide higher satisfaction value on service users.
